CB Grup Barna has one of the most aspirational and complete women's pipelines in Barcelona: 13 active federated teams covering every age from U10 to Senior A, plus 2 school teams and 1 Adapted Sport team (Fundación Mullor · Barna Màgics). A project built for the long run.
The structure spans from the earliest introduction (Pre-Mini, U10) to the top regional competition (SuperCopa FCBQ, on the road to LF2). It's a model few neighbourhood clubs anywhere in Catalonia can replicate: breadth, continuity and ambition at every tier.

Tiers 1-2 · School + Pre-Mini Girls (U10)
Grup Barna's Pre-Mini girls compete with a double team in the Barcelona Territorial Championship. The message the season kicked off with, posted on the club's Instagram, was: "Still on fire." That spark is the seed of the whole pipeline.
Running two active Pre-Mini girls' teams keeps the entry funnel into the club wide and accessible. No girl in the neighbourhood who wants to play basketball should have to go to another club. The Basketball School complements the system with two further groups, including those joining for the first time. Inclusion has been part of the club's DNA from day one (Fundación Mullor · Barna Màgics).
Tier 3 · Mini Girls (U12) · the club's best tier
The Mini tier is, without a doubt, the club's most successful this season. Three trophies in a single season at U12 level is an extraordinary result for any club in the city:

Tier 6 · Júnior Girls (U18) · the tier with the most upside
Júnior Vermell (Preferent, 1st Year): the pipeline's big surprise. With 10 wins and only 2 losses, it has the best ratio in the competition, ahead of Joventut Badalona B and TGN Bàsquet. The fact that the second Júnior team — in its first year at this level — sits above historic Catalan clubs is the most direct proof that the pipeline works.
