Suggestion box

This is a different thing: it is for telling us what you think we should do better, and it is anonymous. If you leave no email, the message arrives with nothing that says who wrote it; if you do leave one, we only use it to reply.

If what you want to report concerns a child's safety

Then this is not the place. There is a separate channel, with the Child Protection Officer, at Child Protection. What is sent there does not go through either of these two forms, nor is it read by the same people.
