Who reads it
What you send goes only to the club's Child Protection Officer, Ana Fernández Durán, who holds official LOPIVI certification. It does not pass through marketing, it does not enter any mailing list and it is not discussed at the board as a case. You get a reply within 7 days.
If what you need to report involves the Child Protection Officer herself, or anyone on the board, do not use this channel. Use the numbers above, or write directly to the Catalan Basketball Federation or to the Directorate-General for Children and Adolescents (DGAIA). An internal channel cannot judge itself, and we would rather tell you that than leave you with nowhere to go.
About anonymity
You can send this without giving your name: we ask for no identifying details and what arrives carries none. That said, two honest caveats:
- Without a way to contact you, we cannot ask you anything further, and the missing detail is often exactly what would allow us to act.
- If what you describe indicates a child is at risk, the club is legally obliged to report it to the authorities — social services, DGAIA or the police — even if you ask us not to. That is not our decision: it is what LOPIVI requires. What we will always do is treat your identity with the greatest possible discretion.

The Child Protection Officer will receive it. If you left a contact, you will get a reply within 7 days. Thank you for speaking up: it is what keeps the club a safe place.
