The club is made by its families, its players, its coaches and the people of the neighbourhood. If you see something that could be done better — a schedule, how a team communicates, how a camp runs, an idea nobody has tried — this is the place.
You do not have to say who you are. The form does not ask for your name or email; you only leave them if you want a reply. The club's management reads it, and anything that needs a decision goes to the board.
This is not the channel for a situation affecting a child's safety. For that there is the child protection channel, which goes straight to the Child Protection Officer and does not pass through here.

What happens to what you send
If you do not leave an email, the message arrives with nothing that identifies you: we do not ask for your name and we do not record who wrote it. If you do leave one, we use it only to reply to you.
What you send is read by the club's management. Anything that needs a decision goes to the board, always as content, never as "so-and-so said this". Full detail is in the privacy policy.
